Lingshi Xinghai Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd. (Lingshi Magnesium)

In Feb 2012, we acquired 80% interest in Lingshi Magnesium, which is located in Jin Zhong City, Shanxi Province, China. Lingshi Magnesium operates a 902,000 square foot magnesium manufacturing facility with an annual production capacity of 12,000 metric tons of magnesium ingots.
