In Feb 2012, we acquired 100% interest in Golden Trust, which is located in Xiaoyi City, Shanxi Province, China. Golden Trust operates a 502,000 square foot magnesium manufacturing facility with an annual production capacity of 20,000 metric tons of magnesium ingots.
