Shanxi Gu County Golden Magnesium Co., Ltd. ("Golden Magnesium")

In July 2007, we acquired 52% interest in Golden Magnesium. In May 2011, we acquired the remaining 48% interest in Golden Magnesium, making it our wholly owned subsidiary. Located in Gu County of Shanxi Province, Golden Magnesium is a manufacturer of magnesium with an annual production capacity of approximately 12,000 metric tons.
