Our commodities distribution business is managed out of our corporate headquarters in Florida and operates in Mexico and parts of South America.  Currently, this business sources, aggregates, and distributes iron ore from locations in Mexico, Chile, and Bolivia to ultimately delivery into China.  China represents the largest market for iron ore as well as numerous other industrial commodities industrial commodities affording us the opportunity to expand into other products such as manganese and scrap metal.

We have established operations in Mexico, Chile, and South America which serve as a platform for us to engage with local producers and employ creative solutions to aggregate production and processing capabilities.  The scope of our services include: purchasing, financing, logistics, quality control, in addition to conducting comprehensive legal, financial, and technical due diligence on suppliers.

This business also enables us to assist in the distribution of products manufactured and sourced by CDII’s client and subsidiary companies such as Shanghai Lang Chemical Co. (“LANG”) for various chemical products and magnesium related products from the International Magnesium Group (“IMG”).

We continue to strengthen our production base and distribution networks secondary markets in various regions of North, Central, and South America.
