We are currently interviewing for the following positions.
Paralegal Professional
Responsible for preparation of business plans, SEC filings such as Form 10Q, Form 10K, Form 8K and registrations statements. You will report directly to our in-house general counsel. In addition, you will be involved in many aspects of our core businesses, such as business development, investor relations, marketing, client services and others. Applicant must have a minimum of 4-year college education and 3-year experience as a paralegal with SEC reporting experience Compensation package, including salary, stock options, bonus, and health insurance. Job requires 40 hours per week in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
Accountant
Responsible for preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements for SEC filings. Applicant must have experience with SEC financial reporting requirements. You will work with Vice President of Finance to prepare assorted financial reporting schedules. In addition, you will work with SEC approved auditors to prepare financial statements for quarterly and annual reports. Position will require travel to China. In addition, you will be involved in many aspects of our core business, such as business development, marketing, client services and others.
Applicant should have at least 2-year experience in accounting. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese would be a plus. Compensation package, including salary, stock options, bonus, and health insurance.
Job requires 40 hours per week in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
Business Associate for Business Development
Responsible for developing marketing strategy, business development opportunities, continual interaction with clients and portfolio companies in China to prepare business plan in English. Position will require travel to China. Applicant must be fluent in both English and Chinese. Compensation package, including salary, stock options, bonus, and health insurance.
Job requires 40 hours per week in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
