James Wang, Ph.D.
CEO AND CHAIRMAN
Dr. James Wang serves as our Chairman of the board of directors. Dr. Wang, a co-founder, is the visionary leader behind CD International Enterprises. His dream was to provide critical resources to empower emerging market entities to compete in the global economy. CD International Enterprises was founded on this principle and under his leadership we strive to accomplish this goal on each project. Dr. Wang was born and raised in Shanghai, China. As such his experience operating within the Chinese economy is instrumental to our company. Dr. Wang graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China in Hefei, China in 1985, and then earned a Master's Degree from the Shanghai Second Medical University, in Shanghai, China in 1988. Dr. Wang earned his Ph.D. from the University of Arizona in 1994. From 1997 to 2000, Dr. Wang was a research scientist, Assistant Professor, and Lab Director at the University Of Minnesota School Of Medicine. Since 2000, Dr. Wang has operated in a variety of capacities with public entities promoting cross border commerce. Dr. Wang continues to capitalize on his knowledge and experience to enable CD International Enterprises to empower emerging entities to compete in the global economy.

Yuwei Huang
DIRECTOR, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, MAGNESIUM SEGMENT
Mr. Huang has served as General Manager of Chang Magnesium since June 2006. Mr. Huang is responsible for the operations of Chang Magnesium. Mr. Huang serves as General Manager of Taiyuan Golden (Yiwei) Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd. since founding the company in 1999 and serves in various positions with its affiliated entities including Vice Chairman of Shanxi Golden Trust YiWei Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd, Vice Chairman of Taiyuan Qingcheng YiWei Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd, Vice Chairman and General Manager of Taiyuan Minwei Magnesium Industry Co., General Manager of Taiyuan YiWei Magnesium Factory, and Chairman of Shangxi NiChiMen YiWei Magnesium Co., Ltd.

Kong Tung
DIRECTOR, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, MAGNESIUM SEGMENT.
Mr. Tung has been the president and a member of the board of directors of Golden Magnesium since 2008. Mr. Tung has served as the president of Shanxi Golden Trust Yiwei Magnesium Industry Corp. (“Golden Trust”) since 2003. He is instrumental in building Golden Trust into a world renowned high quality magnesium manufacturer. Mr. Tung graduated from Shanxi University, China in 1978 with a degree in engineering.

Hernan Grant Welch
DIRECTOR, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT and CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Welch serves as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Welch is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida with over 30 years in financial accounting and SEC reporting, public accounting, and auditing experience at  Big Four accounting firms and also with publicly held companies. Some of Mr. Welch's recent public company experience includes serving from 2007 to 2009 as Director of SEC Reporting and SOX Compliance for Core-Mark International, a NASDAQ listed international logistics services and distribution company. Mr. Welch was the Director of Financial Accounting and SEC reporting from for Longview Fibre Company from 2006 until its privatization in 2007. Mr. Welch acted as Director of Financial Reporting for Iowa Telecom from 2004 to 2006, where he helped manage the financial reporting process for the company's initial public offering on the NYSE. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Welch was Director of Finance and SEC Reporting for Accuimage Diagnostics, Inc., a medical diagnostic software company, where he assisted in the financial preparation of its sale to Merge Diagnostics in January 2005. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Welch was Vice President and SEC Reporting Director of Equus Entertainment, Inc., a NASDAQ listed entertainment, gaming and real estate company serving multinational locations in the Caribbean and Latin America. Mr. Welch received his M.B.A. in Finance  from New York University Graduate School of Business, and a J.D. in Corporate Law from George Washington University Law School. Mr. Welch has a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from Fordham University in New York.

Lazarus Rothstein
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL COUNSEL AND SECRETARY
Mr. Rothstein is a Vice President and our General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Rothstein was born and raised in South Florida and has been practicing law for over 23 years. Mr. Rothstein has held senior legal positions at Elizabeth Arden, Inc. - a global prestige fragrance and beauty products company with operations in over 17 countries, Sports Authority - the nation's largest full line sporting goods retailer operating over 385 stores throughout the United States, Daleen Technologies - a billing and customer care software provider and Let's Talk Cellular & Wireless - a specialty retailer of wireless communication products and services that operated over 270 stores in the United States. In his role as a corporate lawyer, Mr. Rothstein has supported major business units in negotiating customer and product supply agreements, license, distribution, marketing, logistics and information technology agreements and expansion into the Pacific Rim market in addition to the successful completion of several mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Rothstein has been responsible for SEC compliance and reporting and various public debt and equity offerings. Mr. Rothstein received his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Florida State University, his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University Law School and has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubble, the highest level of professional excellence.

Richard Galterio
VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. Galterio serves as our Vice President responsible for shareholder services. His responsibilities include corporate business development and communications as well as the management of all public and investor relations for CD International Enterprises and its clients. Mr. Galterio has over 16 years of experience in investment banking with a focus on early stage companies. Mr. Galterio served as COO of Skyebanc, Inc., a FINRA member broker/dealer from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that position, he served as Director of Private Equity for vFinance Investments, Inc., a FINRA member broker/dealer from 2001 to 2005. Mr. Galterio had been engaged by vFinance Investments, Inc. since the acquisition of First Level Capital in 2000, a company co-founded by Mr. Galterio in September of 1998. Mr. Galterio served as Compliance and Operations Director for First Level Capital from 1998 to 2000. Prior to First Level Capital, Mr. Galterio was Managing Director of Commonwealth Associates from 1994 to 1998 where his responsibilities included branch management and compliance.Mr. Galterio has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Villanova University.

Andrew Goldrich
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Mr. Goldrich has served as our Vice President of Operations since January 2007 and as a consultant to the Company from December 2006 to January 2007. Mr. Goldrich is responsible for all internal operations at the company's US headquarters in Deerfield Beach, Florida including day to day decision making relating to the Company’s US and China subsidiaries as well as the Company's advisory division for client companies. In addition, Mr. Goldrich oversees the Company's mineral trading operations in the Americas. Prior to joining CD International Enterprises, Mr. Goldrich was the founder and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sense Holdings, Inc. a publicly held biometrics company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida from July 1998 to December 2006. Prior to forming Sense Holdings, Inc., Mr. Goldrich was the founder, Executive Vice President and Director of Sales and Marketing of Sassy Knitting Mills, Inc. and International Knitting Mills, LLC., a New York based women's apparel manufacturer. Mr. Goldrich graduated from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Robert Zhuang
GENERAL MANAGER, CDI SHANGHAI MANAGEMENT
Mr. Zhuang serves as our General Manager of CDI Shanghai Management . Mr. Zhuang has been working as a business consultant in various capacities for private Chinese entities since 1992. From June 2004 until December 2006 he served as Vice General Manager of CIIC Investment Banking Services (Shanghai) Company Limited, and from March 2000 until June 2004 he was General Manager of Shanghai Yazheng Investment Advisory Co., Limited. Mr. Zhuang served as Vice President and a Director of Dragon Capital Group Corp. (Pink Sheets: DRVG) from December 2005 through December 2006. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Genesis Technology Group, Inc. from May 2003 until May 2005 and from April 2001 to July 2006 he was President and the founder of Yastock Investment Consulting Company, Limited, a consulting firm located in China which was acquired by Genesis Technology Group, Inc. Mr. Zhuang holds a Bachelor of Law from East China University of Politics and Law and studied at the College of Electronics Engineering of East China Normal University in 1987. Mr. Zhuang is a registered Property Broker in Shanghai, China and registered Corporate Law consultant. Mr. Zhuang is the brother of Dr. Wang.
